Product Repairs for IST Products Only

We now offer Product Repairs on:

I2000 & RETRO Master Stations, Room, Patio and Front Door Stations

I600 Digital Music System

• Before sending in the repair contact our technical support team at 877-435-0670 for trouble shooting assistance to evaluate if the problem can be solved over the phone.
• Out of warranty products will have a Diagnostic $25 charge.
• If the product can be repaired there will be a flat fee of $160 Dollars, this will include parts and labor (Shipping charges are not included)
• Master Stations will be repaired for $160 flat fee (plus $25 diagnostic fee)
• Patio Stations will be repaired for $60 flat fee (plus $25 diagnostic fee)
• RMA with a description of the problem will be required before sending the product back for repair.
• Warranty on the repair will be 90 days.
• All repairs will require payment before the work is completed.  All credit cards are accepted.
